How can it affect you?
Once the deadline for updating the data has passed, your company risks all or any of the following measures, applied according to the internal norms adopted by the Bank in accordance with the legislation in force:

Blocking remote access services: Raiffeisen Online SME, Raiffeisen Smart Business; |

|
Blocking debit cards attached to your company's accounts; |
|
|
Restriction on the purchase of new banking products and services; |
|
|
Debit blocking of accounts opened with Raiffeisen Bank. |

Why is it important? |
|
For a secure collaboration, it is important to periodically update your company's data, as well as whenever changes occur in the documents submitted and/or in the information provided to the Bank prior to the changes. Also, this is a mandatory process according to Law no. 129/2019, for preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing and the NBR Regulation no. 2/2019 on preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
What do you have to do?
Come to any Raiffeisen Bank agency with the necessary
documents to update your company's data. You can find the
address of the nearest branch on www.raiffeisen.ro.
You can download the necessary documents from the site, from
HERE, fill them in
and come to a Raiffeisen agency with them completed. We will
go through the whole process of updating the data together.
These measures are ordered in accordance with the legal regulations in force mentioned above and with the following articles from the “General Conditions for Carrying out Banking Operations for Legal Persons and Entities without legal personality”. See the articles HERE.
